You can try an early version of the Print plugin in the vNext version: https://directorymonitor.com/download/DirectoryMonitor2_vNext_Setup.exe

The Execute Application plugin should cover this requirement. You can use inclusion filters to only trigger the print for PDF and TIFF files. Using PRINT from a script is often sufficient and many users have setup this concept already to monitor a print folder and push files to a printer of their choice.
This could be changed to an idea for a "Print Plugin" where you can select a local or network printer to send files to for printing when specific events occur.
