Found a possible solution to this. Please check the latest version which should be able to determine the IP address and the machine name where the event occurred.

This is simply not possible. The machine information where changes come from is not audited by Windows, only the user names. The same user name can be logged into multiple machines at once so that would not be reliable. Directory Monitor tries to determine connected machine by looking at active network sessions. this is of course very unreliable as well and only works against shares. Simply put, it’s not going to be possible to get the IP address, network shares don’t log this information the same as web sites.
