add hostname, ip and action (with file/folder) in report/log
add hostname, host_ip:port and type of events (opening, editing, closing, moving, renaming of files or folders etc.) to report.

Machine name and IP address are now detected. Replacement macros are not available, they will come in the next version cycle.
