An article telling people how to deactivate a previously activated key so that they can then reactivate the same key on the same machine in order to use aforementioned key in the event of said key no longer operating in a way indicating an "activated" status...2 votes
There is some brief information on deactivating here: https://directorymonitor.com/faq#transfer-unlock-key
There is also a dated article here: https://deventerprise.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/298584-unlocking-directory-monitor
Planning to add a web page for customers to deactivate a machine that is lost or giving problems similar to the pages to upgrade old keys and various other self-management.
I have a system that import files from certain folders and the need to monitor so there not will be files standing in these folders.
And have to be able to set certain time that the file may be in the folder68 votes
This should be possible now as a directory plugin. This will use the creation/modification date on the files to determine the age and possibly touch the dates when the file is detected. Periodic scans will take place to determine ages and and a new event called “Expired” will be created when old files are detected.
